We believe that a slept in bed is better than no booking – so if we don’t have a booking in advance we’ll adjust pricing to optimise your properties short-term stay reservations.

Next Steps

Meet with us at your property

Before we get started, we like to come and meet with you at your property. This way we can work with you to discuss your unique needs and assess the property so that we can come back to you with a recommended advertising rate, our fees to clean and maintain your property and provide you with a list of items that need to be attended to prior to listing your property.

Home Photography

Once we have landed on a listing price and our pricing has been signed off, we will come back to your property, stage it for photography and take some photos for your listings.

Listing your property

Once photography is finalised, we create your property listings on Airbnb, Stayz and Booking.com and send these to you for your approval. Once approved we go live and start earning!
